Help high ping porblem

hi all hope u doing fine i have a rehlds server my poblem is when more than 20 players connect in my server the ping of the server and players get very high from 50/40ms to 100/150ms

my server performance:

2 Core
ram 4 GB

Exe version 1.1.2.7/Stdio (cstrike)

tarke2000, try disabling all plugins and turning on 5 right away .. so you will notice when the plugin grows ping is working

HLDS works only in single-threaded mode
You need at least 2.6ghz
