There's only amx, dproto and voice transcoder. Plugins are all custom-made, but they shouldn't case any problems.
It's quite hard to replicate the problem as both steam and nonsteam clients got kicked pretty much randomly when connecting. I'd prefer an alternative way to force files, not a solution to that problem.
Oops my bad. They do get kicked for some models. The reasons are mainly 2: one file is p_m4a1.mdl, the other is player.mdl. I don't need to force any models, only a single sprite, can I somehow exclude all models or something?
