how do you guys add the server to the list of Internet pairs.

your server adds to steam serverlist automatically. If you wanna to add server to a nonsteam masterserver, you have to add your server to server-monitoring sites, like gametracker.rs

the server is automatically registered in the Steam Internet List?
or do we need to add a setmaster link to our server.cfg?
or do we need to add -master on the command line?

command "setmaster add" was removed 3 or 4 years ago
You do not need to add parameter "-master" on the command line

indra26, sv_region was removed in hlds build 6xxx. The last build? which support this cvar is 5787 (Linix) and 5758 (windows)
